Moses Mouse is just a cartoon mouse that I use as my tiny avatar on one of my Discord profiles. I thought it was created in Leonardo, but no, he was created in Blue Willow.

Moses mouse has some issues that eventually I might get around to correcting, but I look at the issues and think that, "Hey, he's a cartoon mouse. Like, why should he be perfect? If he was someone might come along and say I stole him."

Hence, he is probably dealing with crazy psychedelic flashes after eating up all the cayan pepper (because that's the favorite food of our unwanted rodents).
